Shipping Policy
For guaranteed Easter delivery, cutoff is 12pm AEST 24/03/26 for normal post and 12pm 26/03/26 for Express Post. Anything after this may arrive however we can't guarantee it will. (*Excludes Copper)
We do our best to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible...we know there is nothing worse than waiting for the things you need most. We pack and ship 90% of our orders within 24 hrs of purchase (excluding copper)
Domestic Shipping Charges are based on Australia Post Pre-Paid Service and are calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order. Most orders within Australia range between $9.95 - $14.95 and arrive between 2 and 7 business days*.
We offer discounted Local delivery for $7.95 for anything within 8km or Local Pickup from Airport West if you are heading past and would like to collect your order in person.
We also offer 2-4 Day Express Delivery for those things you need right away (Excl. Sacred Knowledge Copper Items)
Free standard shipping Australia Wide on orders over AUD $89 (After any discounts) and encourage you to purchase a few things together so we can cover your postage cost :)
International Shipping worldwide is calculated at checkout.
*Shipping times for Standard and Express Post are estimated and based on Australia Post Services. Times can vary due to location and Seasonal Sales Periods, please be patient, sometimes delay's are out of our control but we do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to rectify the situation, we do take returns on our jewelry, gifts, books + diffusers in most cases if they are unused and in original packaging, however, we do not cover postage return fee for change of mind.
Clothing items can be exchanged for another size or credit note if unworn, with tags + in original packaging, however a postage return fee will be charged.
With our consumable products we do not offer a return however if there is a fault with the product, or you are genuinely unhappy we can provide a store credit or refund.
